Two former Harvard faculty-one an internationally-recognized negotiator and conflict management expert from Harvard Law, the other a leading behavioral neurologist and cutting-edge scientist from Harvard Med-join forces to introduce conflict resilience: the radical act of sitting in and growing from conflict to break the bad habits that sabotage our politics, workplaces, and most important relationships.

Harvard Book Store welcomes Robert C. Bordone—Senior Fellow at Harvard Law School and founder and former director of the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program—and Joel Salinas, MD—former Harvard Medical School faculty, and behavioral neurologist and clinician scientist at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine—for a discussion of their new book Conflict Resilience: Negotiating Disagreement Without Giving Up or Giving In. They will be joined in conversation by Daniel Shapiro—founder and director of the Harvard International Negotiation Program, and associate professor in psychology at Harvard Medical School/McLean Hospital.
